Transitional Government of National Unity (TGoNU) of the Republic of South Sudan

In fulfilling its full commitment for the implementation of Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan mediated by the Intergovernmental Authority on Development ( IGAD) on 17 August 2015 in Addis Ababa and singed by the government of the Republic of South Sudan, Sudan People Liberation Movement /Army in the opposition SPLM/A-IO, Former Detainees, other political parties and stakeholders, on 28 April 2016 His Excellency Gen Salva Kiir Mayardit the President of the Republic of South Sudan has appointed the Transitional Government of National Unity (TGoNU) in exercise of the Powers conferred upon him under Article 112(1) of the Transitional Constitution of the Republic of South Sudan ,2011(as amended ) and chapter 1, Article 5.2.4 of the Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan ,2015.

Annual Visit of the Federal President Joachim GAUCK with the Diplomatic Corps in the State of Saarland on 2nd May, 2016

German President Gauck invited around 180 diplomats from the diplomatic corp Germany to a trip to the Saarland on 2nd May 2016, it was became traditional programe for German president since 1996 to accompany the Diplomate to tour one of the State each year as the German have 17 state to introduce and explore the tradtion and beauty Of the state.

the first trib of the group to Sarrland was started from Tegel airport by boarding the special airbus with the President Gauk who welcom the Ambassadors on board and expresed his happines for accompaning him on this trib and describe the programme of the day.

The delegation on their arrival at Saarbrücken airport , welcomed by Ms Annegret Kamp-Karrenbauer Minister- President with deputy minister , minister of Economic Affairs ,Employment, Energy and Transport of the Saarland. In Saarland the delegation headed by the President visited Six stations in eleven hours

The delegation visited the first station in St.Ingbert the family own company Festo AG&Co.KG and welcomed by the Chairmen of the Management Board Dr Claus Jessen and tour the learning center and visted the campus of saarland university received by prof. Wölfgang Wahlster CEO of DFKI, the group was divided to tour the start up center the ambassador sitona Abdalla group visited Center for IT Security ,Privacy and Accountability(CISPA),then the group proceded to world Culture Heritag site Völklingen Ironworks and welcomed by prof.Meinrad Maria Grewenig Director-General of Völklingen and had lunch hosted by the federal president and then to to Mettlach to visit Villeroy &Boch at the Old Abbey,main building and welcomed by Mr. Wendelin von Boch and walked through the ceramics museum  and followed a boat ride in the Saar loop by boat”Maria Croon” along Saarschleife and welcomed by Captin Manfred Frankenfeld GMBH after the group took a group photo with the president and minister-president at the front of the Saarbrücken Castle after the president and the Doyean signed the Saarland visitors book with a reception hosted by the Minister-President and then transfer to the airportand back to Berlin.

The group was cultured by Saarland visit on a concrete and positive experience of the preservation of freedom of movement in Europe. the Head of State said in his address to the Diplomatic Corps in the Old Völklingen “In fact, one can only in a few places understand ,observe the meaning that deep roots in Germany’s European policy in Saarland,” as “a border region open borders daily is for advantages of the citizens”An ” excellent choice ” is this year’s goal , said the president , only to emphasize his opinion with two quotes . The one comes from one of his predecessors , Richard von Weizsacker , who once said : ” The Saarland life we have , how to be a good Saarland , a good German , a good European and a good neighbor at the same time . ” The second quote , from written by Ludwig Harig , meet the core of the Saarland Art , declared the head of state ” . life and life skills , life and let live ” A good motto is that could be harmed by the Saar countries could learn something.
