The Embassy of the Republic of South Sudan in Berlin Germany opened in the autumn of 2012 and is located in the heart of the city at Leipziger Platz 8, 10117 Berlin on the third floor. H.E. Ambassador Sitona Abdalla Osman is the Head of Mission and she is supported by five Diplomatic Staff Members.

Achwil Biong Arop Kuol
First Secretary / Economic Desk Officer

Ms. Achwil Biong Arop Kuol joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Khartoum, Sudan in January 2008, where she worked in the Executive Office. She was posted to the Embassy of Sudan in Germany as Cultural Attaché from August 2009 until March 2011.
In August 2011 Ms. Kuol was integrated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Juba, South Sudan, where she served in Department of Bilateral Relations Neighboring Countries before being posted to the Embassy of South Sudan in Germany in August 2012. Ms. Kuol holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts and speaks English and Arabic.

Nykang Samuel Aban Deng
Second Secretary / Consular Affairs, Media & Information

Mr. Deng assumed his duty in August 2012 upon his arrival in Berlin. From 2007 to 2009 he worked in various departments at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Khartoum Sudan such as Authentication Department, African Department, Privileges and Immunities Department. After his assignment at the Embassy of Sudan in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordania, Mr. Deng joined the Sudan Affairs Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Juba, South Sudan until he joined the Embassy in Berlin. Mr. Deng holds an Honors Degree in Political Science, as well as a Master Degree in Political Science and speaks English and Arabic. He is married with three children.

Jackline Venisto Loro Marjorh
Third Secretary/ Cultural Affairs & Consular Services

Ms. Loro Marjorh assumed her duties at the Embassy in August 2012. From 2008 until 2011 Ms. Loro Marjorh was Desk Officer for OPEC at the Ministry of Regional Cooperation, Juba, South Sudan. After independence Ms. Loro Marjorh was integrated into the Economic and Technical Department, Directorate of Multilateral Relations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Juba South Sudan.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and speaks English and Arabic.
